Renault Trucks to Unigate Dairies and American Airlines. Mark combines customer liason skills
and creative design talent with technical expertise and has produced some truly innovative
solutions over the years.

Lee Ripper
Ex DMB&B, Lee has worked within the Advertising and New Media industry for over 22 years,
Lee co-founded Lemar Creative to answer a noticeable demand for realisticly priced below the
line advertising, marketing and multimedia. With skills spanning art direction and creativity,
Lee has worked on many blue-chip projects including W.H. Smiths, Interflora and Hoover.

Marcin Czerminski
Marcin has been active in the industry as a technical lead, consultant and programmer for over
8 years. He has consulted for various major European brands. His depth and knowledge allows
him to understand clients needs and implement them into a working solution. His core skill set is
Linux based boasting Php, MySQL etc.
